By choosing the Monthly Payment Plan, the cost of servicing is spread over the ownership period of the vehicle or the mileage covered. The choice of monthly payments allows you to budget and avoid those unexpected servicing bills.

It also means that any work carried out will be completed using genuine Subaru parts and fitted by your authorised dealer’s experienced and dedicated Subaru technicians.

Through the monthly payment option you benefit from inflation proof protection against labour and parts price increases and are still eligible for any, offers that maybe available at the time of your service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that we offer the following terms and conditions purely as a guide to assist the customer in their choice. Full terms and conditions are available from the selling dealer and will be part of the formal agreement document.

  • AutoProtect (MBI) Limited* is the provider of the programme.
  • AutoProtect (MBI) Limited will be solely responsible for Direct Debit collection.
  • Customers are invited to register with the programme by an Authorised Subaru Dealership.
  • All accrued funds will be held by AutoProtect (MBI) Limited against goods and service described under the agreement.
  • The agreement applies solely to the specific vehicle and customer registered.

ACCEPTING THE OFFER, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY;

  • The customer will agree to provide through the Direct Debit collection service, such payments as to meet the sums required under the agreement for the provision of goods and services supplied by the Authorised Subaru Dealership.
  • The fund value may be used towards the purchase of an agreed schedule of servicing.
  • Accrued fund values are used against the full retail value of goods or services including VAT.
  • The accrued fund value can be redeemed by the customer as a cash payment either in part or whole, however an administration charge may be levied.
  • Should the accrued fund value be insufficient to meet the invoice value for work completed, then the customer may choose to either pay any deficit by separate payment or vary the Direct Debit value to discharge any deficit and provide sufficient payments to meet future servicing. This tends to apply to early servicing due to mileage in excess of the agreement.
  • In the event that the customer chooses to cancel the Direct Debit agreement, then any fund balance accrued will be credited back to them within 10 days less an administration charge.
  • Outstanding fund values are transferable onto the next vehicle by agreement with your authorised Subaru dealer.
  • All personal data accumulated under this programme will not be sold or shared with any third party.
  • All participating customers must be UK residents and over the age of 18 at the point of joining the programme.
